Adult Treatment Services: (video)

• Outpatient: Ages 18 and older for 12 to 24 week program
• Individual, group, and family counseling
• Locations: Pharr Office
• Private Insurance, self pay ($55 in individual; $20 in group session)
• Eligibility criteria: Adults meeting DSM-IVR diagnostic criteria for substance abuse/dependency and TDI (Texas Department of Insurance) criteria for outpatient level of care.

Youth Treatment Services: (video))

• Outpatient Counseling: Ages 13 through 17 for 12 to 24 week program
• Individual, group, and family counseling
• Locations: Pharr Office
• Medicaid, Chips, Private Insurance, self-pay ($55/individual; $20/group)
• Eligibility criteria: Youth meeting DSM-IVR diagnostic criteria for substance abuse/dependency and TDI (Texas Department of Insurance)
• criteria for outpatient level of care.

Treatment Alternatives to Incarceration Program (TAIP): (video)

• Outpatient Counseling: Adult 12 to 16 week program
• Individual, Group, and Family counseling
• Hidalgo County services since April 1997 (Pharr location)
• Starr County services since 2002 (Rio Grande City)
• Funded by County Community Supervision and Corrections Department (CSCD)
• 250 Clients served annually
• Eligibility Criteria: Adults identified by referral from probation meeting DSM-IVR diagnostic criteria for substance abuse/dependency and TDI (Texas Department of Insurance) criteria for outpatient level of care.
